Idea for perfect game: Only two or three short, easy levels. Character will have 500 different animations for when you stand around for too long. These idle animations will be specific to where the character is in the level, like how Link shivers in the ice cave in OoT.

The game will be a platformer, but instead of jumping you can only tickle yourself.

I approve, give her the ability to transform into various random shapes, one of which is a giant pair of scissors which you use as a drill.
