Ever like, be working or doing something and a bunch of sweat builds up in your ass crack? Then it feels all weird when you walk cause your wet ass cheeks are rubbing together? This condition is called swamp ass and it's a real issue in the world today! The question? Will mankind ever be free from this horrible affliction?

General Discussion / Chile Explodes! "We're almost there, Frodo!"
« on: May 05, 2008, 08:27:30 AM »
So Chile had an eruption the other day, an incredibly MASSIVE eruption. Now, normally, I wouldn't say that this news alone would be post worthy, until I saw a picture of it that Smidge showed me. It is undoubtedly, some of the craziest shit I've ever seen mother nature produce. Check it:

*spoiler tagged cause it's a big ass image.
- I mean, seriously, holy crap! Yes, that is lightning jumping from the clouds in the sky into the clouds of ash spewing from the volcano.
Here's the story: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7381652.stm

Can you imagine having your town blown up by a volcano? Even if you just had to evacuate, imagine how totally fucked up this must be for the people living near this monster mountain! Anyone else feeling a little uneasy about a 450 year dormant volcano suddenly shitting out hell on earth out of no where? I know Chile's an active volcanic region, but what about places like Hawaii or even where I live in WA with Mt. St. Helens? Makes ya' wonder if you're home could be next eh? Not a settling thought =P

(Note: The epic pic above is actually from a spanish newspaper on the story, found here:  http://www.lun.com/modulos/catalogo/paginas/2008/05/04/LUCSTPP01LU0405.htm  )

Holy jesus on a line dancing snap jaw turtle's back! This is quite litterally one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had on any system ever and it's on a bloody DS. The extent of this game's depth and complexity is fucking breath taking. The story is a breath of fresh air in a stagnant RPG filled world, making a conformity shattering satirical statement on society as it is today, while at the same time being incredibly detailed and entertaining. Best of all, the story is unpredictable, I don't think I've ever played a square game that's surprised me by "what happens next"  more than The World Ends With You.

This game is something in-fucking-creadible and if you have the means to get it, I don't care how, I recommend that you do so immediately. You won't regret it; Not if you have any sense, at least. Anyone who likes the sound of JSRF style, KH style fun without the kid's gloves easiness, a level of depth that extends beyond nearly every other RPG out there and a story line as interesting, deep, dramatic and enjoyable as it is mysterious, then this an absolute must-play. This is NOT Square's recycled BS, aside from a slightly KH-esque art style, the gameplay, setting and concept and style of the game are so unique it's mind boggling.

And the Music... oh my fucking god the music. I can't even begin to describe the music, it's too awesomely epic to define. All I can say is Square's releasing the OST on iTunes cause they know people are going to want it, myself included. An example of one song in the game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hr_fDzPxSTg&feature=related

That's a battle song, which changes every fight to a different track. No more getting sick of the same repetitive song.

That said, has anyone else besides me played this incredibly amazing game that is undoubtedly one of the best RPGs ever made ever? It's in euro stores now in English and is hitting the states on the 22nd!

I don't own Half Life 2 or Garry's mod, but isn't the server file for just hosting the game free? The official wiki thing on the valve site seems to be trying to tell me to buy the game or some shit O.o; Anyway, besides that, I have to run a wine emulator in order to run it I think. Is that correct or what's the deal here? Anyone know how to do this through SSH to a linux server? Any assistance or advice is appreciated, otherwise, we're gonna have to play Nerf instead and save Garry's for next month after I figure this shit out, lol.

Gaming Online / Game of the Month server?
« on: January 09, 2008, 04:56:16 AM »
So, as some of you may (or may not) be aware, I now own a Ragnarok Online server. Now, I'm sure a lot of you don't like RO anymore, you're entitled. Lucky for you, there's no need to fear, because this topic isn't about RO, but rather the resources that owning that server provides me. Since this is basically an online gaming community and I got a super high bandwidth gaming server that I have remote access to and can basically run any sort of gaming server software I want on it, I was thinking maybe we could select a "Game of the Month" for the community.

I could run the server appy off of the same machine as my RO server (it's bandwidth and performance is lol so no worries there) and we could have a dedicated ring eater server available to all SERmen and SERwomen who may want to play said game. Of course, using my RO server's FTP set up, I can also obviously supply whatever files and what not needed to play said games. Doesn't have to be game of the month either, could be game of the week or whatever, but I'm sure you guys get the idea. <3

Just a suggestion, what do you guys think?
