Well, the male wireframes in Melee were Captain Falcon.
But oh! Falcon hasn't been confirmed in Brawl yet.

Captain Falcon was in the original Smash Bros.; I think it's pretty much a given that he's in the game.

Captain Falcon is the flagship character of F-Zero, he's not going to be replaced.

Since Samurai Goroh and Dr. Stewart are both trophies, the only other "original four" F-Zeor char if I remember irght, is Pico. And I doubt anyone likes him.

The most likely X Candidate would be Black Shadow. GX? Well, Deathborn, probably, but I'd prefer Princia.

They probably won't bother with the Maximum Velocity or GP Legend characters, although there is a chance they'll make a reference to the anime continuity with it's "Neo Captain Falcon".

I would hope not, I've always been good with Falcon due to that (long before that video was known too)

Also OMG! His "Symbol" number is 22! That of course means Sakurai is -NOT DONE YET- with new franchises. There might still be hope for another third party.
