I haven't been paying much attention to things, but no, if not for the internet, gaming magazines and the nearly out boxes in game shops I would have no idea it existed.

Short TV ad, basically a 10-second sniplet of one of the trailers with Brawl theme behind it, ending with "JULY 27TH" superimposed in red letters.

Having said that, I've made a good  point of remaining incredibly unaware of the secrets in Brawl and am really enjoying the general surprises I'm getting now.

In all curiosity, what secrets did you just now find out about? =)

A lot of the stages, a few of the characters, the fact that Subspace Emmisary is more than Melee's Adventure mode, that cool thing with the 3 pieces you collect to make that cursor appear on screen and destroy someone... there are more, but those are what I can remember off the top of my head. I'm enjoying the game a lot so far, especially Subspace, which I find hilarious.

The cool thing is the Dragoon, from GameCube's Kirby Air Ride.

If you enjoy racing games and can find it I'd pick it up; it's a big simple but very fun.
