Pretty sure that's the bigglypuff from using her Final Smash in the bridge-break as the bridge respawns. I THINK. Super mushroom wouldn't get you THAT big, I don't think..

That's definitely Glitchlypuff

I think that might be reverse-lightning-size Jigglypuff. Jigglypuff doesn't look screen-consuming there.

Becoming super-sized by lightning makes you bigger than a super mushroomed character, at least.

In Melee that just made you normal size.

I haven't toyed around in Special Brawl enough to see if that holds true.

To me, it seems like the engine was cleaned up dramatically in Brawl and everything is done in absolute ratios right now, which is how glitch Jigglypuff is even possible (since size-changing effects aren't animations, they're legitimate scaling).
