Why does my job suck so much now? I used to love it 5 years ago but in the last few months I went from loving it to just purely hating it to the point I don't even feel like coming in.

Why do we have no respect from our bosses? They ask our preferences for some over time we have to do for a big and yet short project, they go completely against them!

They asked me what I prefered, day, evening, night or week-end. I said anything EXCEPT NIGHT, I DON'T WANT NIGHT, was fine. Why do they ONLY give me the NIGHT shift? I hate them.

Also salaray decrease for most employees and loss of insurance. Fun, isn't it?
