I could have sworn we had a CoH thread in here but..ANYWAY

I was thinking of have an actionpacked-weekend, maybe! (L4D and TF2 involved, too!!)

But...since we has quite a bit of SERers on CoH, I think we should do the Positron TF.

I am pretty open on Saturday. I think I will make it at 7 pm EST or something on Saturday. But whatever you guys want, really!

I would, but apparently I have to work that day.

Rixx and I play pretty regularly (about twice a week or so) and we try to get other people on with us if we can get in contact with them. If anyone's interested in playing with me I'm pretty open, just IM or Skype me.

I'm thinking about trying the game for about a month after PSU's current event is over. Should I buy the Heroes/Villians combo pack or the newest Architect edition? The latter is $10 more at most stores. I would have used a a free trial but apparently I signed up for one at some unspecified date in the past and its now gone.

I'd be interested in joining in once I get a new computer. I'm pretty sure my motherboard died.

Well, first off, no matter what box you get, even the old-ass CoH original box, you get City of Villains automatically with it. There's no more segregation there.

Second off, if you get Architect Edition, it comes with a redeemable ticket for a costume pack, of which we have two-- one for robotic-themed costume pieces (mostly cybernetic stuff) with a self-destruct power and one for magic-themed pieces (including high-collar cloaks and stuff like that) which has a tarot-reading power. Both cost $10 normally without the ticket. Other than that you're getting the usual spiel (free month, etc)

In that case, I guess I'll let you know if I ever purchase the game. PSU's event has a few weeks left, and one of my friends wants me to spend a little time in FFXI.

DSFFWAWA WHAT. I want this naow :[

...

That will be so funnn.

Yay, and more Praetorians, whom I love so very much for some odd reason. =C

...annnd I also just watched the trailer and I think this is the first time we have States have a voice?  Also I notice how they sure Manti and Ghost Widow. I knew Manti feigned loyalty to Arachnos in the comics just to fool them, but I wonder if he'd ever really turn? As for Ghost Widow, I'm..not so sure. o_O Maybe I'm delving too much into these things.

Hey, Seph, now you can actually DO something with Libertine =P

Also I have a feeling that the new TF for Heroes will be revolved around Tyrant trying to take over Paragon. :C

Oh hardy har har.

Honestly, they show Ghost Widow as a villain who would turn to good, but I see Scirroco as more of the turning type, considering that in his patron arc
he specifically tries to get you to get a powerful artifact so that he can remove all evil from the world permanently.
Also, for the CoV trailer, States had a voice, but it was this wimpy thing. I think this marks the first time a trailer has had actual decent voice acting, though.

I do too, actually. But GW also would have a reason to turn good, maybe if she ever gets free from Recluse..or something. I don't know :C I really never played all of the Patron Arcs...yet.  Cept GW's, but I really don't remember it.

Ghost Widow actually can't turn good, because she is only on this earth because she is bound to the actual organization of Arachnos.

So then why the heck would they show her in the trailer? O.o Wouldn't it make more sense to have Scirroco?

Well we all know Manticore is going to be evil I mean he is kind of a dick.  Like Iron Man.  So obviously he is going to spearhead a plan to make all heroes register their identities and some heroes will be cool with it and others will be like "FUCK YOU MAN" and go rogue and some will be just SO ANGRY they become UNSTOPPABLE EVIL but some villains will agree with the identity registering and LAY DOWN THEIR ARMS to become HEROES and after all that confusion we'll find out it was all just a Nemesis plot.

And then Manticore will indirectly kill Statesman.

Again.

Black Scorpion is totally Iron Man!
...I still can't believe they even used the SAME NAME for that arc.

They can both be Iron Man, I mean, they're both pretty big jerks but even if you put them together I am pretty sure their combined jerkocity still pales by comparison.

I hear they go to comic book conventions together dressed as Iron Man.

I am really afraid the trip to Petoria Praetoria will contradict my Praetorian Lord Recluse crab spider known only as "Lord Footloose"
