what folder does steam keep game save data?

for portal and half life 2, and it's episodes.  my brother is playing on a cafe computer and i want to keep his saves.

Looks like it'd follow this format, but with your names instead of mine:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\positivelyjosh\half-life 2 episode two\ep2\SAVE
